General Practice South is an
organisation run by GPs for General
Practice. We are a key provider of practical
information, training and support.
Our membership is a cost-effective way of
staying informed, networking with your
colleagues and the wider health sector, and
shaping the future of primary care services.
GP Membership
As a GP member you:
- Have full voting rights and ability to be
elected to the Division's Board of Directors

Have an opportunity to join with other GP
members in voicing your opinion on key
primary care issues (Click here for General

Have access to a range of negotiated
corporate discounts

Add your support to a pro active and GP
focussed organisation
The Division gives preference to GP
members when opportunities arise for:
- Participation in Division service
planning

GP representation on health service planning
or policy development groups

Conference attendance

This may include remuneration for time and
contribution if appropriate.
Associate Membership
The Division welcomes applications for
membership from practice staff, practice
nurses and members of the community with an
interest in supporting the Division.
As an Associate member you:

Are welcome to our AGM dinner event at no
cost
